A light-coloured lager conditioned over 30 days. It has a good head, balanced sweet/bitter palate and a clean aftertaste. Brewed using only choice Motueka hops and quality barley. The bottom fermentation process of brewing by using a gravity system produces a naturally-brewed, all malt lager that contains no added chemicals, preservatives or colouring.
