Moa Original Pilsener 750ml
Moa Original is a German style Pilsener with high to very high bitterness balanced with a relatively full mouth feel. Citrus hop characters dominate the aroma with fresh bread/ yeast notes present. It can either be poured carefully off the lees or alternatively with the lees mixed in if a strong yeast character is desired. This is a complex Pilsener best served at approximately 6°C to maximise aroma release. Enjoy in a footed pilsener glass or flute.
