Lustau Puerto Fino 375ml
Aged in American oak casks through the traditional “solera y criaderas” method in our cellars in El Puerto de Santa María, a seaside town situated at the “Triángulo del Jerez” (Sherry’s triangle).
Its colour is pale yellow. It is reminiscent of yeast on the nose, dry and sharp on the palate.
Serve very cold between 7 and 9ºC. Ideal as an aperitif and a good match for fish, sushi and sashimi.
