The first release of this wine from a sparkling wine specialist based in Marlborough! It is made from 100% Pinot Noir and was given 20 months bottle age before release. Classic pale sparkling Rose colour and loads of pretty, refreshing berry-fruit aromas alongside toasty yeast characters. Plenty of flavour, rich in the mouth, yet with just the right amount of delicacy and finesse! Great length on the finish!
