The rich and pure style of this wine inspired the name “Le Pur” – “The Pure”. The nose reveals aromas of pear, melon, white flowers with a hint of lychee. The palate is completed by crisp lime juice notes, intense light spices and a lingering finish. A very elegant and well balanced Pinot Gris. Food match: cumin prawn, mild curry, lemon fish.
