An excellent value Methode Traditionelle, made from the obscure white varieties Altesse And Molette. This is a very engaging wine, with persistent, delicate bubbles and floral, honey, herbal and citrus aromas underpinned by mineral notes. Toast, vanilla, spice and citrus and apple fruit characters on a palate which is softly textured and shows considerable length. Very stylish wine, elegant, refreshing and showing some bottle age. A lot of wine for the price!
