Wrights Entity Methode Traditionelle 2008 vintage is a unique Entity, individually bottle fermented the traditionnal way. Wrights style for this Methode is to aim for more aromatic aroma, with a crisp delicate palate. The aromas are citrus and floral notes with some residual sweetness.
The Chardonnay grapes that went into this wine were very clean and, as you can tell from the wine, very tasty! Wrights Vineyard is gaining reputation for producing outstanding Methode wines. In 2009 they purchased Champagne making equipment to enable them to completely finish the wines ourselves, on site.
