Fragrant aromas of peach, white flowers, honeysuckle, apricots. The palate is rich and textured showing an almost oily mouth feel. Great volume and a nice spicy lingering finish. A very complex yet perfectly balanced white wine. Try it with crayfish with a lime aioli, lemon chicken, grilled snapper.
